What mold steel do you recommend for mass production?

For production runs we commonly use S136 or NAK80 for polished cosmetic surfaces and P20/H13 for general-purpose tooling. Our engineers will recommend the best grade based on your material, volume and surface requirements.

Can you provide mold samples and DFM before tooling starts?

Yes. After receiving your 3D drawing, we provide a free DFM report with gate, parting line and shrinkage suggestions, then deliver T1 samples for approval before mass production.

What is the typical lead time for a custom injection mold?

A standard single-cavity mold is typically completed in 15–30 days depending on complexity, steel availability and cavity count.
